What data we process and why

Website forms (contact, player application, partnership request): your name, contact details and anything you choose to send us, processed only to reply to your request and, where relevant, to arrange a trial session or a meeting. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Browsing data: the hosting provider's systems log technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request) needed to run and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics: only if you give consent in the banner, we enable the Metricool analytics tool to measure visits in aggregate form. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Photos and content about registered players and staff: names, positions, shirt numbers, year of birth, sports statistics and images are published to report on the club's sporting activity, within the authorisations collected by the club. Anyone who wants content about them removed or changed can write to us at any time.

Recipients

Data is processed by authorised club personnel and by providers acting as processors: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form handling; possible transfer to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses) and, with consent, Metricool Software S.L. (statistics). Data is never sold or disclosed to the public.

Retention

Messages sent through the forms are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months, unless a relationship follows (e.g. player registration or sponsorship), in which case the relevant legal retention periods apply.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to dinamoflorentia@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Last updated: 7 October 2026. The Italian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
